TERMS
*Must have a combined Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press of under 500lbs to be eligible for this program.
**Strength is measured by performing 1RM for Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press at the end of the program, in comparison to 1RM at start of program.
If athletes have received a free training session prior to joining The 100LB CLUB, the testing session is not required and total 1RM numbers are taken from the FREE session, unless the free session was conducted more than 3-months prior to joining The 100 Club.
No pre-existing injuries.
GUARANTEE
For the 100lb stronger guarantee to be valid and the athlete to continue training beyond the 20 days, the candidate must meet all minimum requirements outlined in the program, including:
— Adhere to the nutrition plan outlined by the coach for at least 5 days per week
— Adhere to at least the “Good” version of the supplements plan outlines by the coach
— Adhere to at least 4 days per week of the strength x power program designed by the coach
— Attended at least 7 accountability sessions with the coach
— Not have incurred an injury in the time while training in the The 100LB Club
— Passed the personal fitness assessment and be deemed a good fit for the program by the coach— Attended 5 PT Sessions in the 20 days
— Been tested by the coach in person, not a self-test
