How do I sign-up?

You can sign-up easily on this page or sign-up at the front desk at your next visit to House.
M-Tu; Th-F: 11-6; Sat: 11-2.

Who is leading the class

Coach Kasia will be leading the PowerSquad. Kasia is an awarded Powerlifter and holds a stongwoman title in homeland England.

Do I have to be a member at House to join?

No. PowerSquad is open to the public — you don't have to be a maember to join. If you'd like to train at House outside of the class, have a look at our membership options!
