A once per week class running for 6-weeks at House Fitness.

This class is a great workout and will teach you all the techniques of kettlebell training. Use what you’ve learned to maximum results in your daily training.

Who is leading the class

Coach Riley will be leading the Kettlebell 101 Class class. Riley is a kettlebell enthusiat and is certified in Agatsu — a widely renowned Kettlebell Program.

Do I have ot be a member at House to join?

No. The Kettlebell Basica class is open to the public — you don't have to be a maember to join. If you'd like to train at House outside of the class, have a look at our membership options!
