What to expect after signing up

Step 1

After sign-up you’ll be sent a quick questionnaire and schedule a call to meet your coach at a time that’s convenient for you! Your coach will assess your goals and plan how to get you there!

Step 2

We design a tailor-made workout program and nutrition plan - unique to your and your goals. Access it anywhere, anytime on our online training app.

Step 3

View instructional videos, create logs and do your weekly check-ins with your coach to keep you tracking towards your goals!

FAQ

 

What's the commitment to this program?

Our coaches like to work with their clients for at least 3 months to see trends, patterns and optimal results. The program is billed every two weeks, so if at any point you don't want to proceed, just give us a heads up and we can stop payments. We just ask you to provode your coach with 7 days notice to cancel.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, let us know within the first week and we'll send you a full refund!

What are my options for time slots?

You can book your initial assessment call with your coach through a scheduling platform, after purchase. Our coaches have pre-populated their availability so you can chose a time that works best for you. If you're signing up for the weekly live video sessions with a coach, you can book through your coach's page directly — if one particular time per week works best for you, feel free to discuss this with your coach and we'll try to make accommodations.

Do I get to pick my coach?

Once you select your package, we’ll ask you a series of questions via a quick questionnaire. Our team will use this to assign a coach to your specific needs and goals.

What will we work on during the sessions?

With our weekly PT sessions, if included in your package, our coaches like to focus the weekly sessions around movement — just like you would in a gym setting. You'll be asked to run through one of your workouts on the Zoom call and your trainer can give expert guidance so you can get the most out of your workouts. .

I don't have a Zoom account. What can I do?

That's ok! We'll send the meeting links to your email before your sessions and you can hop on our Zoom line. You'll login as a guest — no account required!

Where do I download the app?

Once you select your package you'll receive an email with download instructions for the app — you can download through the AppStore or Google Play.
