As a Client Success Manager, your job will be to help as many people reach their full potential as humanly possible by drawing a straight line between our clients’ unique purpose and working with the training team to maximize intention in their training.

Responsibilities: 

JOB 1: HELP MEMBERS REACH THEIR UNIQUE VERSION OF SUCCESS.

- Conduct tours, membership sign-ups and OnRamp sales
- Educating members and leads about training packages
- General sales support for the training team
- Oversee onboarding processes for training clients
- Manage all inbound inquiries for the gym
- Moderate our online community by sharing and celebrating client successes, engaging in conversations with the group and constantly spot opportunities to provide value
- Canvas online forums and invite relevant members to the gym and the online community
- Oversee retention automations and support the health of the gym by conducting callbacks; membership follow-ups and booking 90-day goal reviews
